*The Route 56 Challenge: Day 13*
Just this past Wednesday, I completed my lululemon Ambassador “Goal Set.” As an athlete, I always valued the process and execution of deliberate goal setting. The short story is.. if you want to do something amazing, you’re first stop should be to set some goals and create a vision.
If you don’t already know, lululemon and it’s employees are masters in goal setting. It is by and large my favorite part of the company’s organizational culture. And, since goal setting is both extremely relevant and important to our school of elite fitness, we’ve asked our friends at lululemon to host all of you for a night of goal setting Wednesday, Feb. 8th at 8:00 PM at lululemon Santa Monica.
Like I said, I just finished mine and let me tell you… I’m going to be creating some huge things for myself in the future. The excitement of having a intentional, structured way to outline your dreams is one of the most empowering feelings on Earth, and I’d like to personally extend the invitation to join us!
..because it’s not real until your write it down.
