FFOTB Presents: The FFOTB Barbell Club

*The Route 56 Challenge: Day 5*

Do your Olympic Lifting skills need work? Want to get stronger? Faster? Functional Fitness on the Bluffs is proud to announce a new program to supplement your training. The FFOTB Barbell Club will meet every Saturday from 11:00-12:00 PM as a skill training session with specific attention to the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch.

FFOTB Nation, it's time to load up the barbells.

The Barbell Club will provide time to improve upon barbell skills with greater attention to detail than in our regular classes. Moving large loads quickly is a fun, empowering experience. Understanding that the ability to do this is a skill that anyone can learn makes The Barbell Club an exciting prospect for anyone in our community, regardless of fitness level.

If you’re interested in joining the barbell club, inquire at info@FFOTB.com. Separate, affordable memberships apply. The location of the barbell club is exclusive to Barbell Club members.
