It’s the last leg of this marathon and it’s time to bear down. If you’ve been keeping your eye on the scoreboard, you know that this thing is far from being in the bag. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes are still up for grabs. Not to mention, “The Spirit of the Challenge Award” is a mystery as well.

Things to do in the final days of the challenge…

Get strict! It’s time to finish what you’ve started. This is our last push to the end of a long journey. Commitment, too, takes practice. Give yourself a fair shot at finishing what you said you would. Plus, the party will be more that way!

Round out your movement! Bad reps don’t count on finals day. So, if you’re playing to win you must own a quality plank position and being able to move through full range push ups. Also, fast deadlifts require a massive amount of body control. Practice makes perfect!

Compete! One slip up and you may be passed by hungry challengers behind you. Yes, it’s that close! And, if you’re doing all you can do, chances are you are one slip up from a student ahead of you away from moving up in the ranks. Stay on it!
