FFOTB Presents: Bring a Friend Week!

If there ever was a time to share this experience with a loved one, friend, family member, or co-worker, “Bring a Friend Week” is the time! For all classes between December 12th- December 17th, FFOTB will play host to any guest of a paying member or drop-in for FREE!

"Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence."

Now, I know all of you have had friends or acquaintances ask you to explain the crazy workout photos of you floating around the Internet or the new “look” you’ve got going on or your newfound muscles. Well, here’s your chance to show them!

Though we believe strongly in the value of Functional Fitness on the Bluffs as a gym, and as a community, we do believe that the intimidation of taking a class with us can often be enough of a barrier to entry. The last thing we would want is for someone to miss out on trying us for the first time because of the drop in fee.

Any guest of any fitness back ground is eligible to take advantage of “Bring a Friend Week,” as long as they haven’t been to a class before. There are no obligations, so spread the word and feel good about sharing this with anyone you think would be interested.

With a 15 minute time clock:

Run 800m

AMRAP (in the remaining time) of:

5 KB Swings

10 Push Ups

15 Squats

**Athlete’s score is total rounds of swings, push ups, and squats
