FREE Strength!

When the difference between making a lift and missing a lift is skill based rather than strength based, an athlete finds himself or herself on the cusp of an incredible breakthrough. Many students are in this zone, too. Before a movement like the clean or the snatch is mastered, there’s often a great deal of untapped potential that’s inaccessible to the athlete laking skills.

Is this you?

Unless you find yourself receiving the barbell beautifully in position but fail due to pure strength (or lack thereof), you are in for a world of progress once you tap into the mechanics in your body as it is today. Exciting stuff, right? It’s easier said than done, however.

Shine.

Shine.

Getting stronger is hard. And if, for the sake of conversation, we are going to call being able to lift heavier loads as “being stronger” than you might not even really need to add strength to accomplish that feat. Commit to skill development and you’ll be lifting barbells with more plates than you ever have before you even need to be physically stronger.

Free strength not enough? Imagine how much easier adding real strength would be once you break past those road block weights that also happen to be the maximum amount of weight that your can do your version of the lift with. Clean up your lifts and you’ll be able to claim the strength you already have, and develop strength without limits.
