Fake Gym Preps for Hibernation

With the excitement and momentum of DEUCE Gym and the onset of colder, darker times (fall/winter) on the bluffs. FFOTB will be on hiatus starting September 1st, only to come back with greater force and excitement than ever before next spring.

In the meantime, DEUCE Gym will be your go-to source for all things exercise, nutrition, and motivation related things. There’s a million ways to get involved at the new gym from our GPP program to a slew of specialty courses from endurance to weightlifting. In addition, our Make Sh*t Happen goal setting program not only has a real home, it also has new handles and momentum so you can get involved without even moving a muscle.
