Remembering Why You Do Things (to Be Unstuck)

I can tell this photo is from 2013 based on the woman on the right doing bent rows facing that direction. You see, there’s much better room flow when the bars are placed horizontally facing the wall just to her left. 

Best practices emerge over time. 

This isn’t just a gym layout conversation, though. Through logic and mostly trial and error, we’re going to refine how we do things. And, as long as you’re curious about what “better” looks like your rooms, your lifestyle, and your habits will improve over time.
