As we celebrate the heroism of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. as an immortal activist and leader of the Civil Rights Movement, we want to share a special schedule with you. We will have a normal morning schedule with a special hero workout at Noon. Our schedule will be as follows:

6:30am – General Physical Preparedness (GPP)

7:30am – General Physical Preparedness (GPP)

9:00am – General Physical Preparedness (GPP)

12:00pm – Special Community Hero Workout
