3/3/20 - Ladies Only Deadlift Event
All women from the community are invited to join us March 14th from 11:30am to 2:00pm. This ladies only event will feature instruction, community fun, and heavy lifts in the yard. It’s important to us to be a place of empowerment and this event will embody that specifically.
