Strongest Thanksgiving Family in History

**After the noon class we close until Monday 11/28 – Happy Thanksgiving**

My mom always made it a point to make us stop for a photo growing up. In fact, she still does to this day. While it was often met with frustration from my brother and I, she would always retort that “you’ll be grateful one day when you can look back at these” and she was right.

Summer 2013

While there is plenty of reason to balk at the prevailing influence our phones and social media have on our lives, I cannot deny my own gratitude for how it hass turned me into a moment capturing amateur photographer like my mom.

Time flies. We know this. Yet, I can tell you without batting an eye that I remember where all this gym hoopla came from. When I see photos of the earliest days on the bluffs and later moving into 110 Lincoln Blvd, it’s impossible to not be humbled.

We have so many of you to thank, because none of this is worth attending without the community. You guys showed up in the park in the rain for a fake gym, you guys brandish the DEUCE logo in your lives with passionate allegiance, and it has made for the internationally recognized experience we now call DEUCE Gym. I’m humbled with gratitude for you all and how you’ve most literally made my life possible.

Our roots had roots.

Our roots had roots.

I know I speak for everyone at DEUCE Gym, when I say, “Thank you.” I’m the luckiest person I’ve ever met and I’ve got you all to thank for that.

Enjoy your Thanksgiving and regardless of where you are or who you’re with on this holiday, know that you’re in a family so big (and so strong) that you couldn’t possibly fail.

I love you all!
