‘The Intro’: What is it?

Did you know that every single student that enrolls in our fitness program must do a FREE, one hour introductory session with one of our coaches. Yup, even if you already know that this is something that you want to do, you still have to do the ‘Intro.’ Are you a member of our sister school, Functional Fitness on the Bluffs? Yes, even you have to do an ‘Intro.’

But, why?

The main reason is because you have no idea what this place is all about. But, that’s OK! You couldn’t possibly know what this place is like, because it’s never been done before.

Quite literally, there’s no place like this on Earth. Therefore, we have our work cut out for us to make sure all of our students understand what we do and that they are right for the program. We’d hate for you to make a decision to join or not to join, while comparing apples to oranges. However, we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the magic that is brewing here.

Now, don’t get worried that their are all sorts of hoops to jump through to be involved. This FREE session is beneficial to you, too. You’ll have a chance to meet a coach and share more about you. That’s right, we want to learn about our athletes. When’s the last time Bally’s Total Fitness took the time to find out what sports you did or didn’t play in high school, or what you really want to do with your fitness?

In addition, you’ll be able to try a workout. Even if you’ve done CrossFit before or you’re a savvy FFOTB veteran, this workout will set a baseline for your new found progress here at 110 Lincoln. And trust me, this isn’t like your CrossFit gym, nor is it like FFOTB.

So, how does one do an ‘Intro?’

Part of what makes our program different is the ‘closed’ nature of our class schedule. That means spots will fill up and once their full, they are full. If you’ve got to navigate a work schedule, hurry up before it’s too late!
