DEUCE Strength is a program designed around development of three lifts: the squat, the deadlift, and the bench press. This program is for anyone looking to build strength. Our mission is simple: understand mechanics, develop range of motion, and improve weaknesses. The small group dynamic of this class is designed and tailored for the development of each individual athlete. We attack each session as a unit with plenty of time for individual coaching.
The program begins with an introductory period of 90 days. At that point, athletes participate for as long as they wish on a renewing 30 day basis. Each day has a main lift followed by plenty of assistance work to make this lift better. Each athlete will move forward with a working knowledge of each lift, experience with max efforts, training loads, and much more.
Our classes meet twice per week, on Monday and Wednesday, at 6am and 4pm. There is an optional 6am workout on Friday’s that all athletes are welcome to attend. Classes are a one hour time commitment. This class runs all year long and athletes are more than welcome to stay in the program as long as they so choose. Athletes can enter the program at any time.
