This 8 week program designed to greatly increase your cardiovascular endurance, strengthen your entire body, teach you the basic techniques of rowing for efficiency, and drastically improve your 2k time!

We will prioritize proper movement, measurable results, and speed by breaking down each stroke, learning how to use the computer on your machine, and developing the skills needed to creating a more powerful stroke and ultimately improve times every week.
