9/12/14 - Effort and Outcomes: The Bottom Line

I had a wise coach that always used to tell us hitters:

“All that you can do is all you can do, and that’s always enough.”

In a life full of variable circumstances and a plethora of potential outcomes, it always simplified things for me. Every word is true and every word is always relevant. Luckily for us all, our best effort will always be “enough.” I hope it simplifies things for you, too.

“400’s as Cash”

Accumulate 200 reps moving through the following reps sequentially:
Burpees
Pushups
Squats
Situps

*athletes are trying to get to 200 reps in as few sets as possible
**If athletes breaks cadence of movement, they must move on to the next movement in the list
***When athlete breaks cadence they accumulate one 400m run to be paid after the workout
