You’re Invited! DEUCE Book Club, Summer Series

Quick reminder: Here at DEUCE we are united by performance, and also, you don’t have to work out to kick it.

It is with great excitement that I’d like to invite you to our new DEUCE Book Club! Just as DEUCE Gym is about fitness, and also, so much more than fitness, DEUCE Book Club is about reading, and also, so much more than reading.

At its core, this club is a container to gather like-minded individuals to connect, learn, and share ideas. We’re training for intellectual growth here! And also, (gosh, isn’t the expansiveness of also refreshing?), we’re curating a community to hold one another accountable for more consistent reading, writing, and goal-setting.

In our current Summer Series, the DEUCE Book Club is meeting every other Sunday from 4-5pm at DEUCE Garage, including again this Sunday, August 15th. Our current book is “Wanting: The Power of Mimetic Desire in Everyday Life,” by Luke Burgis.

We’d love for you to join us! We’ve got seven remaining sessions, and all are welcome to attend. Not to mention, you don’t even have to have read the current book to participate! (We do recommend it, though.)
