Forward Movement is Forward Movement

Hey, you. You, that started 2021 with a new habit or goal. You, that made a conscious intention to do or to be better, (or different) than before.. Let’s check-in for a moment. 

Here we are, two weeks into January, and have you hit a speedbump or two by now? Whether you have or you haven’t, I’m here to remind you something: 

Forward movement is forward movement

So if you’ve recently battled the feeling of falling off track, or the discomfort of not being where you want to be (yet), I urge you to appreciate the steps – no matter how small – that you’ve already taken toward growth. 

Just like the development of strength and conditioning takes time, why would it be any different for new habits, businesses, perspectives, relationships, ways of operating, etc? 

Remember, Mother Nature rewards forward movement. Keep going.
