4/19/19 - DEUCE Presents: Breath & Exposure

We’re thrilled to announce that DEUCE Human Performance has a new name! Now called DEUCE Breath & Exposure, the program will feature an exponentially more robust training offering and brand new facilities to support a program unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

We’ve remodeled the area behind our building into a succulent oasis feature a eight foot barrel sauna, three ice baths, a shower, and a deck for breathwork!

Our own Kimmy Moss heads up DEUCE Breath & Exposure from an elite athletic background in team sports and experience coaching strength and conditioning. She’s versed in numerous breathing protocols as well as both heat and ice exposure. Not to mention, Kimmy is one of just a handful of Level 3 XPT Coaches on the planet.

We invite you to kick off this new offering with our first ever DEUCE Breath and Exposure Workshop next Saturday April 27th. The event will be open only to the first 32 men and women who enroll. Participants will be introduced to the sauna and ice bath exposure as well as training in all three of our breath practices: hypoxic, nasal, and apnea.

In addition to the clinic, we will be enrolling eight lucky students in DEUCE Breath & Exposure 101. In DEUCE B&E 101, students will train the methods presented in the clinic twice per week for eight weeks Tuesday and Thursday, May 7 to June 27, from 6:30-7:30pm.

**Only attendees of the clinic and graduates of the 8-week DEUCE Breath & Exposure 101 course have the ability to access the sauna and ice facilities via DEUCE Breath & Exposure 202.

RESERVE YOUR SPOT for the April 27th clinic now!

Several weeks back I came across a story about Jonny Kim on a favorite social media account of mine. Want to know the best way to avoid speculation, push back, or critique? Leave no doubt. The irony is that the folks who are often most resistant to feedback leave the most doubt. This remains true from getting your reps counted to winning a role. If you leave no doubt, you can avoid that whole pesky judgment and feedback p ...

Never in the history of humanity has more communication of ideas occurred. Period. By volume, more information is shared today than in any other period in history and with that comes some implications. Firstly, we’re connected. Secondarily, we’re sharing our faces off.Frankly, I’m as guilty of the latter as anyone. J ...

I watched a sports documentary the other day about the baseball pitcher’s rehab from injury back to the Major Leagues.
