5/2/19 - The (New) FREE Community Workout

We’re still offering our usual FREE Community Workout this Saturday. We’re also excited to announce that the community workout has a new format. The 9:00am workout will now be a full 90 minute class!

This means we will no longer offer the 10:00am GPP class and the community workout will meet from 9:00-10:30am. As always the community workout is open to the public and is appropriate for students of all fitness levels.
